WazzupWazzup is committed to providing a unique community that allows for diverse points of views. We have established the guidelines and terms of service that follow to help ensure that the WazzupWazzup community maintains the high standards that Members have come to expect.
This Agreement provides the terms and conditions governing the use of Membership services on the WazzupWazzup Web Site (www.WazzupWazzup.com), heareafter referred to as the "Site." Membership on the Site provides registered Members (each a "Member") with a package of content and services. WazzupWazzup may, at its discretion, add or delete features. By registering as a Member, you agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions discussed below.

1. Price and Payment
WazzupWazzup membership content and services are available free of charge, exclusive of other Internet or other telecommunications fee.

2. Terms of Membership
Membership is available to anyone who registers all required information, provides an accurate, legitimate electronic mail address, and obtains an unique WazzupWazzup Member Name and password. In order to maintain a free WazzupWazzup membership, members are required to login to WazzupWazzup at least once every 6 months. WazzupWazzup does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender or ethnicity. Each Member is allowed to have only one Membership and the privileges associated with Membership. WazzupWazzup allows one registered Membership per legitimate electronic mail address. Any exceptions, including the use of one electronic mail address by multiple users, must be approved by WazzupWazzup. Membership is intended for personal use only and is non-transferrable. Please see the "Termination of Service" clause below for additional Membership information.

3. Member Profiles Page Guidelines
WazzupWazzup provides Member Profiles pages and the associated storage space in a dedicated Membership area as a service to Members. We encourage the free exchange of ideas, but have established the following parameters for the Member Profiles pages and the following guidelines for any content placed on those pages.

WazzupWazzup is not responsible for the content of any profile page, and the views expressed in the Membership area of WazzupWazzup are the responsibility of the posting Member and not WazzupWazzup. WazzupWazzup does not review Profiles pages in any way before they appear on the Member area of the Site. WazzupWazzup reserves the right to remove any page from the Site.

WazzupWazzup provides space for Member Profile pages but makes no implied or express warranties about the reliability of these pages. WazzupWazzup is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access to, or deletion or alteration of Member pages; individual Members are responsible for monitoring and creating backups of their pages.

The following is a non-exclusive list of actions and content that are not permitted on the Site:

i. Any use of copyrighted material without the express permission of the author or owner. With specific regard to issues of software piracy, making available copyrighted software from which the copyright protection has been removed from the software; making available serial numbers for software which can be used to illegally validate or register software; making available tools which can be used for no purpose other than for "cracking" software. ii. Pages that exploit the images of children under 18 years of age. iii. Material that is grossly offensive to the WazzupWazzup Community, including clear expressions of bigotry, racism, or hatred. iv. Pages that promote illegal activity. v. Material that defames, abuses or threatens others. vi. Pages that contain material incosistent with the values of the spirit of the WazzupWazzup Community. vii. Use of a Member Profile page as storage for remote loading. viii. Adult Content or that which is generally considered to be pornographic. (Direct linking to adult content or other adult services is also not permmitted.) ix. Individual passwording of WazzupWazzup pages is not allowed, nor are age verification services such as Adult Check, etc.

4. Rules for Online Conduct: WazzupWazzup Polls, Chatrooms and Discussion Forums
By participating in any of the above services, the Member agrees not to include any electronic mail or postings ("Postings") that contain any of the following material in WazzupWazzup Pools, Chatrooms, or Discussion Forums: i. Material that defames, abuses or threatens others. ii. Statements that are bigoted, hateful or racially offensive. iii. Material that advocates illegal activity. iv. Material that contains obscene content. v. Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation. Chatroom and Discussion Forums Postings are not reviewed prior to appearing on the Site. WazzupWazzup reserves the right to edit, delete, or move any Postings.

5. Privacy
WazzupWazzup reserves the right to distribute aggregated demographic information provided by Members, but will never release the name or other personal information about a Member without the permission of that Member. The exchange between WazzupWazzup and the Member of information such as passwords or electronic mail may not be secure given the current state of the Internet. WazzupWazzup encourages Members to change their passwords frequently. Postings and other communications with WazzupWazzup are not private and may by published and edited at the discretion of WazzupWazzup unless specifically instructed otherwise.

6. Copyrighted Material
All material on the Site, including, without limitation, text, sofware, photos, video, graphics, music and sound are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws, both as individual works and as a collection. The downloading or use of copyrighted material provided by WazzupWazzup or a third-part content provider is allowed by Members for personal use.Members may not copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer any such copyrighted material in any format, electronic or otherwise. Any material protected by copyrgiht may not be placed on the Site or the Membership area without the express permission of the author or owner of the copyright to that material.

7. Limitations of Liability and Warranty
The Member agrees that the use of the Site is entirely at the Member's own risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Furthermore, neither WazzupWazzup nor any third-party content provider makes any warranty with respect to any content, information, services, or products provided through or in conjunction with the Site. The Member specifically agrees that WazzupWazzup or third-party content providers are not liable for any conduct by Members associated with the Site, including, but not limited to, Member Profiles, polls, chatrooms, or discussion forums. WazzupWazzup and third-party content providers make no guarantee of the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any information on the Site and are not responsible for (i) any errors or omissions arising from the use of such information; (ii) any failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any content or services contained within the Site; or (iii) losses or damages arising from the use of the content or services provided by the Site.

8. Indemnity
A Member agrees to indemnify WazzupWazzup and any third-party information provider against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from the Member's use of the Site. This expressly includes: (i) Member's responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights and (ii) any libelous or unlawful material contained within Member Profiles Web pages, chatrooms or Postings.

9. Termination of Service
WazzupWazzup may terminate Membership and any and all information, communications, Postings, or Profile Web pages at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or other policies or guidelines set out by WazzupWazzup elsewhere on the Site. WazzupWazzup may terminate Membership and delete any and all information, communications, Postings, or Profile Web pages for online conduct that WazzupWazzup believes is harmful to other Members, the business of WazzupWazzup, or other third-party information providers.

10. Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be constructed and controlled by the laws of the State of Califonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising hereunder will be governed by the laws of the State of California. The Member agrees to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts of the State of California.

11. Merger Clause
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any other agreement, proposals and communications, written or oral, between WazzupWazzup representatives and the Member. WazzupWazzup may amend this Agreement at any time.

12. Electronic Mailings
WazzupWazzup will, on a periodic basis, send out mailings to our members. Members will be required to accept certain system mailings deemed necessary by WazzupWazzup. These messages will generally be important site or account related information, but WazzupWazzup reserves the right to require these mailings.

Privacy Policy

WazzupWazzup wants to create as much interaction as possible between our Members within the WazzupWazzup community. In order to effectively do this, we collect information from each of our members so that we can ensure that WazzupWazzup is constantly evolving in order to respect your needs. This also allows you to more easily find other Members with which you can interact. However, we realize that privacy is an issue that is on everyone's minds and we want to ensure our Members that it is top concern here at WazzupWazzup. We are committed to protecting our member's rights on-line and will abide by the following guidelines:

Our Commitment
We will never share or sell your personal information with anyone else, unless we have your explicit permission to do so. And except for use in tailoring our site to your needs and interests, we will never use any information about you in any way except in aggregate. And we always give you an option of whether or not you want to receive any ad-related information from us.

WazzupWazzup does collect information about our users and members, via registration, membership profiles, and by tracking what information and advertising our members might be interested in. We keep this information in a secure database and use it in order to help shape WazzupWazzup and ensure that is always serves YOUR needs.
